Logan's Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Logan's Roadhouse is a chain of restaurants based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, founded in 1991 in Lexington, Kentucky, U.S. There are 194 company-operated and twenty-five franchised Logan's Roadhouse locations throughout twenty-three states.

Logan's Roadhouse has slow and terrible service, rude staff, and food is almost cold, Kristy L. shared a review at yelp.com

"Went for my son's birthday. Service was really slow; was never given napkins, drinks stayed empty to the point that we were sharing our drinks, didn't receive the sauces we asked for. The steaks were very undercooked and we sent them back, when we got them they had just been seared on each side, so the outsides were burnt and the inside was still undercooked. We didnt see our server again once we got our food back until it was time to leave. When I told her about it being my son's birthday she said "ok" and just stared at me, so I asked if they do anything for birthdays and she said, "no, not really." So she never did anything for his birthday and was really just making it seem like a huge inconvenience and like disgusted that we even asked. Also, all the food was lukewarm, appetizers, and all. We will not be back to this location again."

Hostess (Former Employee) says

"They don't treat you fairly and they certainly don't pay you fairly. Most of the time, they don't tell you your pay unless you outright ask and even then they want to avoid it because they know it doesn't cut it. You would think with a pandemic they would be reasonable but they dropped all of their employees immediately and without explanation. Then they hired in a bunch of new people. They can't keep employees to save their lives, anyone who's worked there knows that. They also make you pay for your own lunches and clean up feces off the floor. Not to mention all the co-workers I had were worse than middle schoolers - drama, drama, drama! Managers included.healthcare, you pay for food, no breaks, almost no pay, no time off"

Host (Former Employee) says

"Managment was the worst. Very lovely co-workers. Sometimes. But it was managment that I decided to not come back after quarantine. Managment was very awfulFoodManagment, pay, everything"

Cook (Former Employee) says

"No one would clean.never had food prep manager was a joke.would never work there again.no one would clean .the food prep was a joke.never enough people to do the jobs right.manange did not care.NoneDirty place"

Dishwasher (Former Employee) says

"I walked out on my first day. I was the only dishwasher which was fine up until the end of the night. I started struggling meanwhile while I was busting my butt, everyone else was standing around joking and talking and I was in the back struggling b/c I was the only freaking dishwasher. I asked my manager 10x's if I could have some help, after the 10th time and still getting no help, I walked out. Good Riddance. Plus they committed two health code violations. Don't eat or work there.Good PayNo help. Bad management"

General Manager (GM) says

"They really need to quit while they are ahead, it was hard enough to convince myself that the company was great let alone other people. Don’t work there they are dying I should never of left my previous people for them"

Market Partner (Former Employee) says

"This company has no values and does not care about its team members or leadership. Just look at how Texas Roadhouse responded to the pandemic and then compare that to how Logan’s did"

Host (Former Employee) says

"Working as a host absolutely sucked They do not care about their employees Long hours with little breaks They would yell at you infront of customers and belittle you any chance given"

Cook (Former Employee) says

"I give it a zero. You don't get a pay raise.will not be able to advance with this company.the co workers that I had was good people. If you was not important then you was not with the team"

Bartender/Server (Former Employee) says

"The company is unresponsive to family requirements outside of the work environment. Management was very unprofessional. Most servers that frequently quit, were more intelligent than the managers or trainers. This is not a good company to work for if you are looking for a career in hospitality."

Hostess (Former Employee) says

"Management was the most incompetent I had ever seen. Despite one of their employees receiving several corporate complaints, they refused to fire him. Even though he was well known for cussing out his coworkers in the presence of guests, stealing alcoholic drinks, and had many people complain about his attitude as a server. Your hour preferences won’t be respected. There were a couple times thay people I knew and myself were scheduled to work days that we had originally said we were unable to work. Most coworkers I experienced were lazy and self absorbed. They refused to do some of the basic requirements for their job and left the work for others. There also seemed to be some lgbt discrimination happening especially with the managers. I would not reccomend this place to anyone."

General Manager (Former Employee) says

"I was GM WHO WAS PUT THROUGH 2 months of training out of my home city, and then was fired after 30 days with rediculous resonance. Now this corporation is refusing to pay me my final paycheck, which is leaving my family unable to pay rent and we have now been left with out electric for a week. They also refused to pay for my travel expenses when they agreed to do so. When I call HR, they will not put me through to anyone of assistance. We are about to be locked out of our apartment Monday if I do t obtain a check."

Server (Former Employee) says

"Management was awful which made the entire work place not worth going in. They talk down to their employees, belittle them in every way possible. Definitely not a great place to work for."

Server/Hostess (Former Employee) says

"Not a good atmosphere. You are never thanked for your hard work. The 15 of us that started working together ended with 2 of us left. We were treated so a horrible at the end that we both quit within a month of each other.HoursManagement"

Hostess/Busser (Former Employee) says

"it’s way a okay job to work for besides the favoritism and bosses working there also. very flexiable with your hours and it’s not a too overwhelming jobflexibility hoursnone"

Waiter (Former Employee) says

"Wouldn’t even take a pis in that place let alone eat there but being serious there is no telling how many have became ill due to this company’s disregard for simple health practices"

Server/Hostess (Current Employee) says

"Don’t work here very toxic environment and unprofessional unless you’re a strong server that loves kissing the mangers butt you will almost always be treated in the worst possible way"

Server/Bartender (Former Employee) says

"Worst place to work no support from management and lots of drama within the restaurant management is involved in the drama which make its ajoke to work there"

Front of House Manager (Former Employee) says

"Culture is terrible employees do what they want.management is terrible they don't give direction or listen to the GM. GM is wonderful but the rest is garbage"

Server (Former Employee) says

"working at logans was the worst experience of my life. The managers were useless, they played favorites, did not care about the company, employees, or guests. They harassed employees that came from different backgrounds and degraded them on all sorts of levels. Managers stole tips from hosts and servers. Managers treated guests as if they did not matter."

Server (Former Employee) says

"Bad place to work this wasnt a work place for grown people the managers were not helpful and did not put the coustomers first they spwed fovortisim they were not helpful when it comes down to making other people run food the servers seemed unhappy for the most part and lazy and people try to pick the guest they wanted to serve not fair"
